J. Ernest Riddle is the President and CEO of Astadia. Ernie delivers overall strategic and executive leadership to the Astadia team. He has more than 35 years of executive experience with Fortune 500 companies including leading the Marketing, Sales, and Planning division at Xerox during a successful 25-year career and serving as President of both Ryder Systems and Norrell Services. Currently, he serves as an advisor and board member for a number of public companies including Danka Business Systems and Airnet Systems, Inc. Ernie has extensive growth management consulting knowledge in organizing and managing process design, developing executive leadership and helping companies with executive board-level strategic initiatives such as CRM and other sales & marketing strategies centered on improving market penetration and sales productivity.

Blake Wolff is COO and CFO of Astadia where he is responsible for financial operations and the emerging business practices. Blake has over 20 years of experience in scaling and directing companies in the high-tech service, customer support and electronic industries. Prior to Astadia, Blake co-founded MW Advisors in 2003, a successful management consulting and technology solutions firm based in Dallas, Texas. Previously, Blake held positions as President and CEO of The Telvista Company, a multi-national call center outsourcer. He founded the company as CompUSA Call Center Services in 1997 and under his leadership, expanded the company from a small, one-site call center to six centers with 4,000 workstations in two countries. During his tenure, the company completed a spin-off from CompUSA creating Telvista where he also served on the Board of Directors.

Brent Mellow is Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President of Astadia with responsibility for corporate marketing, product management and operations for the sales, marketing, partnering and legal functions. Brent has more than 20 years of experience in selling, partner relationship management, business finance and infrastructure. Previously, he was Astadia's President, North America sales. Prior to Astadia, Brent co-founded MW Advisors in 2003, which combined with GrowthCircle to form Astadia. Previously, Brent held leadership positions including VP/Sales & Marketing and VP/Chief Administrative Office at The Telvista Company, a multi-national call center outsourcer; CEO and co-founder for an Internet-based market research company; and SVP & Managing Director in Bank of America's Global Corporate and Investment Banking group. Brent has been a featured presenter and panelist for UBS, the Call Center Networking Group, and the Southwest Venture Forum. Brent holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.

Jerry Huskins is Executive Vice President, Corporate Development for Astadia with responsibility for M&A and Emerging Market Development. Jerry brings over 22 years of strategic finance and technology consulting experience to the Astadia team. Previously, he served as Astadia's President- EMEA where he established the firm's European Operations.
Prior to Astadia, Jerry was co-founder of GrowthCircle, which combined with MW Advisors to form Astadia. Previously, Jerry held leadership positions which included spearheading a successful national growth strategy consulting practice for Inc. Magazine; nine years as a senior manager at Ernst & Young; and co-founding Fountainhead Ventures where he helped companies in the Southeast raise growth capital. Jerry has worked extensively with fast-growing companies helping them manage growth, complete capital acquisition initiatives and invest in the best technology infrastructures for sustained expansion.

Jason Masciarelli is General Manager, APAC where he drives the Astadia corporate vision to deliver extraordinary value for clients throughout the world. Jason is also responsible for a number of key strategic partner relationships. Since 1991, Jason has gained cross-functional management experience in sales & marketing, IT and operations, giving him a unique ability to understand both the vision of executive leaders and the practical orientation of technologists.

Suman Sharma is General Manager of Astadia's India Delivery Center where she brings an intense focus on project management, business process leadership and people strategy. It is her mission to build a delivery team that is internationally recognized and admired for quality of service, energy and dedication. Suman brings more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry, including software product development, sales, and large scale program management.
Prior to Astadia, Suman was Executive Vice President at Theikos, a global developer and implementer of business technology solutions, which merged with Astadia. At Theikos, she has helped direct successful projects for Bluesocket, eSkills, PCs For Everyone, Equal Exchange, MessageMachines, FTID, Alan Gray, Inc., Mustela, Leapnet, and Synchronicity. Suman holds a Masters in Computer Science from UMASS Dartmouth, a Bachelor's in Computer Science from The Institute of Technology & Science, Bhiwani, India, and a CSS in Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School. |

Scott Blodgett is Chief Technology Officer at Astadia where he leads the company's global engineering team. Scott brings over 17 years of professional experience in both software development and product management roles specializing in information intensive web-based applications. Prior to Astadia, Scott was CTO of Theikos, a global developer and implementer of business technology solutions, which merged with Astadia. Previously, he held senior positions with leading organizations including CMGi, The MITRE Corporation, and OneSource Information Services. Scott holds an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Computer Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology as well as an MBA from Bentley’s McCallum Graduate School of Business. |
