Consultant, Technology Solutions

Our company is seeking experienced consultants for our rapidly growing Technology Practice. Consultants work directly with our clients managing projects which typically include requirements gathering, hands on configuration, process engineering, strategy creation and CRM implementation. Candidates should have experience with CRM, plus possess strong business, project management and client-facing skills. Knowledge of salesforce.com is desired, but not required.

Sales Executive
Astadia has immediate openings for experienced to grow with our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the complete array of Astadia services to clients and prospective clients in their designated region. Additionally, the position will be responsible for nurturing partner relationships in the territory. Candidates should possess strong business backgrounds with skills in selling, negotiating, developing complex business solutions and structuring proposals to meet business requirements. The position will sell independently and through partner channels. Requirements for this position include: Bachelor’s Degree and 7+ years of relevant consultative enterprise selling experience. Experience with partner-based selling, the salesforce.com platform and selling professional services or packaged software is a plus.

Sales Engineer
Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales team. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. The Sales Engineer must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. Must be able to identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process. Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle. Candidates should be organised and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. Must be prepared for heavy travel. Experience should include: 3-5+ years relevant experience in vendor sales, experience and familiarity of our products and line of business, Salesforce.com experience preferred and advanced Salesforce.com training including APEX.
