Steven Horwitz is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Astadia, where he focuses our vision, empowers our marketing capability, and drives sales and operational disciplines on a day to day basis. Prior to Astadia, Mr. Horwitz joined Kodiak Venture Partners in 2008 as an Operating Partner with over 20 years of operating experience in a wide range of high technology companies. Mr. Horwitz has served in numerous executive consulting and portfolio leadership roles for technology companies at various stages of development and growth. Previously, Mr. Horwitz served as CEO of Vettro (acquired by Antenna Software), and Chairman of the Board at Vericom Technologies steering the organization in a new strategic direction. He also served as President and CEO of several enterprise software companies including Clareos, RulesPower (Acquired by Fair Isaac) and Q-Link Technologies a pioneer in the Business Process Management market segment (Acquired by Adobe Systems). Prior to Q-Link, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Tech Data Corporation and was part of the founding team at ENTEX Information Services. Mr. Horwitz earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at Hofstra University. |

Stephen Giese is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Astadia. He holds responsibility for global operations including: Professional Services, Finance and Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, and risk management. Stephen has over 20 years of experience driving process improvements, implementing technology and personnel development to achieve operational excellence. Before joining Astadia, Stephen held senior executive positions as; CEO of World Data Products; a hundred million dollar technology company, COO of Agiliti; an infrastructure company focused on delivering software as a service to ISV’s, and Senior Vice President of Operations of Tech Data, a $20 billion dollar global technology distributor. Stephen earned a BBA from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He also attended an executive education program at INSEAD University, a global school for business executives, in Fountainebleu Cedex, France. |

Blake Wolff is Executive Vice President, Business Development & Marketing of Astadia, where he is responsible for global strategic relationships, business development and corporate marketing. Blake has over 20 years of sales and operations experience focused on directing and scaling companies in the high-tech, retail and customer support industries. Prior to Astadia, Blake co-founded MW Advisors, a successful management consulting and technology solutions firm based in Dallas, Texas. From its beginnings in 2003, MW Advisors helped its clients improve sales productivity through the enablement of SaaS technologies and the deployment of enhanced sales and marketing strategy, process and operations. Previously, Blake held positions as President and CEO of The Telvista Company, a multi-national call center outsourcer. He founded Telvista in 1997 and under his leadership, expanded the company from a one-site call center to six centers with over 4,000 employees across two countries. Blake also served on its Board of Directors. Prior to entering the customer care industry, Blake spent ten years helping expand CompUSA from its original one store concept to over 200 stores nationwide. As an executive for CompUSA, Blake managed and coached thousands of employees across the country and was responsible for the opening of 38 stores. Blake is a nationally recognized keynote speaker for the SaaS and CRM industries. He holds a MBA from Emory University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin. |

Mike Lingo is SVP Field Operations and CTO for Astadia with responsibility for providing the public with SaaS technology expertise as well as leading the spectrum of sales engineering and global delivery activities . Previously, Mike was VP, Global Service Delivery for Astadia. Mike has over 17 years of application delivery experience with a background in application development, sales force automation, call center solutions, campaign management, business intelligence and project management. Prior to Astadia, Mike held management positions at Epiphany, Lucent, Cendant and Wyndham. Mike has led software and consulting implementations in the CPG, Enterprise Software, Retail, Professional Services, High Tech, Travel/Leisure, Public Health, Financial Services and Insurance industries. Mike is a certified salesforce.com consultant and has previously helped define CRM product vision and roadmaps for Fortune 1000 companies. Mike is an internationally recognized speaker in the Cloud Computing and Saas industries. He holds a BA in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh. David Woodhead is SVP, Innovation & Transformation. For over a decade, David has been managing consulting projects in CRM sales effectiveness at companies such as Sony, Nortel, Dell and Baker Hughes. At Astadia David has demonstrated his ability to effectively manage and balance sales growth, quality delivery and customer satisfaction. David has overall responsibility for delivery in Europe and Asia. David has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and performance management. He has acted as a consultant to many global organisations on sales performance and CRM programs, and brings a creative approach to developing Astadia’s operations in the EMEA region. Prior to joining Astadia in September 2007, David spent 4 years as CEO of a start-up software company. He has previously designed and implemented substantial sales transformation programs for, amongst others, a global supplier in the mobile telecommunications industry, a major IT and services organisation and a household brand in the automotive industry where his passion for helping clients enhance performance through effective people, process and technology enhancement was proven. |

David Sanders is Chief Financial Officer at Astadia. He has responsibility for Astadia's finance, accounting, legal, and investor relations. Dave has over two decades of executive management, operational, financial, strategic planning/formulation, human resource management, crisis management, and international experiences in both large and middle market companies and consulting practices. Dave has held various positions throughout his career from CFO/COO of a California based technology start-up, a practice leader for a regional consulting firm (The Parkland Group) focused on business performance improvement engagements, an independent consultant focusing on financial and operation improvement projects, and at Ameritech in Director and VP roles in finance, operations, human resources, and corporate strategy and planning. Dave spent over 2 years in Copenhagen, Denmark as part of Ameritech’s merger integration team after acquiring a significant stake in TeleDenmark. Previously, he was with Price Waterhouse for about a decade in their Organizational and Strategic Consulting Group where he led a variety of strategic and performance improvement consulting engagements and he started his career as a CPA with the firm's Audit and Advisory Services Group where he served both Fortune 500 companies as well as middle-market enterprises. Dave holds an MBA from the University of Chicago with concentrations in Strategy, Finance, Behavior Science, and Marketing and a BSBA degree in Accounting from the University of Dayton. He is a CPA and Certified Turnaround Professional. |

Donna Manchester is Vice President, Human Resources for Astadia, where she is responsible for all human resources strategies and programs across the company’s global operations. During her twenty-plus year career, she has launched and led HR units in North America, the U.K., Europe, India, and Australia. She has also stepped outside the traditional HR role to design and implement a new service offering, to run an HR consulting practice, and to facilitate the launch of a new line of business. Prior to joining Astadia, she filled VP HR roles for Everest Group, a management consultancy; for CDG & Associates, an HRIS consultancy; and for Corporate Health Plans of America, a benefits/HR consultancy. In addition to professional services, her industry experience covers software, manufacturing, and food services. Donna holds a B.S. in Human Relations and Business and is a Senior Professional in Human Resources, a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, and an Advanced Practitioner of Neurolinguistics Programming. |
