Prior to her appointment as CEO, Rebecca was President of Idea, a leading, global provider of innovative business and technology solutions with expertise in delivering full software development lifecycle and infrastructure solutions in several key areas of digital strategy, marketing and design, application development and management, infrastructure support and services, customer support. As CEO, Rebecca leads a market leading services and solutions partner with deep and broad expertise to deliver the results needed in today’s business environment.

Rebecca was previously with Adecco Group NA, where she began as Senior Vice President of the Midwest Division of Adecco General Staffing and rose to Chief Sales Officer for Adecco Staffing U.S., leading National and International Account Sales and Management, Alternative Delivery, Implementation and Supplier Diversity. Prior she was Vice President of Business Development and Principal for the ProStaff group of companies and previously held several executive positions at SeatonCorp, including chief sales officer.

Rebecca holds bachelor's degrees in business administration and psychology from Carroll University in Wisconsin.

mike lingoMike Lingo is Chief Technology Officer. He is responsible for managing our Innovation and Transformation Group (ITG) and supporting enterprise selling efforts. Mike works with Astadia’s ITG and field teams in a direct hands-on fashion focusing on complex solutions, large deals and strategic technology planning. Additionally, Mike also spends a portion of his time developing a technology vision for the company, working with internal teams to ensure that our market positioning, consulting skill-sets, and value proposition reflect where the market and the ecosystem is heading.

Previously, Mike was SVP, Global Service Delivery for Astadia, leading the spectrum of global delivery activities. Mike has over 20 years of application delivery experience with a background in application development, sales force automation, call center solutions, campaign management, business intelligence and project management.

Prior to Astadia, Mike held management positions at Epiphany, Lucent, Cendant and Wyndham. Mike has led software and consulting implementations in the CPG, Enterprise Software, Retail, Professional Services, High Tech, Travel/Leisure, Public Health, Financial Services and Insurance industries. Mike is a certified salesforce.com consultant and has previously helped define CRM product vision and roadmaps for Fortune 1000 companies.

Mike is an internationally recognized speaker in the Cloud Computing and SaaS industries. He holds a BA in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.

/rob-stoia.png?v=1&SiteID=0DM40000000PBKZRob Stoia is Vice President of Finance, managing all aspects of the Finance organization including Financial Planning and Accounting, Legal/Compliance, IT, Administration, Real Estate/Facilities/Procurement and Operations.

Rob comes from Adecco Group North America, an international company with $10 billion in annual revenue. He was part of the Adecco Finance team since 2004 serving in a variety of roles including Controller of the Ajilon and Idea business lines and as North America Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis. Rob’s contribution in these roles included (but is not limited to!) managing resources across multiple business units, leading the annual budget process, as an executive committee member for the North America Strategy Project and as leadership on the consolidation of the back office for multiple business units.

Prior to Adecco Rob held managerial roles at Honeywell and General Seminconducter. Rob graduated from Pace University in New York with a BA in Managerial Accounting.

/claes-tim01.png?v=1Tim Claes is Chief Operating Officer. He comes from Europe and is now based in Houston. A highly accomplished and skilled manager in the IT solutions industry across the globe, Tim drives the delivery of all Astadia services and solutions to our growing list of global clients and customers.

Most recently, Tim was Business Strategy Manager for RealDolmen - the largest independent IT solutions provider in Belgium. He was responsible for the ‘Enterprise Solutions’ division containing business oriented practices like Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), Master Data Management (MDM), Collaboration & Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Geographical Information Solutions (GIS) and Web Engagement Management (WEM) and the ‘Professional Services Applications’ division containing multiple technology oriented competence centers delivering the full ICT life cycle both on-premise and in the cloud. He held a total P&L responsibility of 80 million €. Prior, Tim worked in business development and management for Real before it acquired Dolmen.  Also in Belgium, he was a Managing Partner at Axias NV and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant at Via NV.

With oversight for Enterprise, Practice and EMEA sales as well as Client Consulting and Sales Operations, Mike drives top and bottom-line growth with clear and aggressive strategies that sustain growth and expansion.

Mike joined our company from Computer Sciences Corporation, where he was most recently Managing Partner of Global Business Solutions (GBS).  In his time at CSC, he developed and managed all Consulting operations for the company’s largest and fastest growing region P&L in GBS North America.  He also was successful in rebuilding one of their lowest performing regions to one consistently in the top five nationally for both Revenue and OI margin. 

Mike’s prior endeavors also include Bearing Point, Inc. (formerly KPMG Consulting) where he directed business development for two of the five major industries.  Prior roles also included Account Manager at Applied Data Research/Ameritech, Director of Sales at Software Emancipation Technology, and Senior Vice President of Sales at Darwin Partners, (formerly SEEK Consulting).
