Darrell Cypress is Vice President and General Manager of Astadia Digital Solutions, our global marketing strategy firm that partners with CMOs and marketing technologists around the world to provide end-to-end solutions for optimizing the customer journey and delivering maximum return on digital technology investments. Darrell joined Astadia in 2015 with nearly 20 years of experience selling and delivering large scale marketing transformational implementations across industries such as financial services, technology, healthcare, high-tech, pharmaceutical, government, and consumer goods. He also brings vast experience in delivering global CRM solutions for Marketing, Sales, Service, and Product organizations. Darrell previously worked at Deloitte Digital where, as Digital and Marketing Cloud Leader, he managed marketing transformation pursuits. In his combined five years there, he also served as Digital Eminence Leader, Finance Leader and Delivery Leader, managing large-scale, multi-million dollar projects across geographies. Prior to Deloitte, Darrell was Director and Relationship Manager at Perficient Inc., leading major trade promotion process and technology implementations for clients such as Cadbury and Nestle Waters North America. He was also previously IT Director at Covance, Inc. and Engagement Manager and Consultant at Extraprise. Darrell’s bachelor’s in Information Systems Management and master’s in Computer Systems Management are both from the University of Maryland. Darrell was an Engineer in the United States Navy from 1984-1992.
