Cancellation Policy

Session Cancellation
Theikos reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a scheduled training program as the result of insufficient registrations, or extreme circumstances (ex. weather).

Participant Cancellation

• Cancellation notifications will be accepted, with no penalty, up to 5 business days prior to the workshop.
• Cancellation notifications received less than 5 business days prior to the class start date are billed 50% of the registration fee.
• No-shows are billed the full registration fee.

Cancellation requests must be emailed directly to training@theikos.com.
