Meet the Team:
Steven Horwitz is CEO of Astadia, where he focuses our vision, empowers our marketing capability, and drives sales and operational disciplines on a day to day basis.
Prior to Astadia, Mr. Horwitz joined Kodiak Venture Partners in 2008 as an Operating Partner with over 20 years of operating experience in a wide range of high technology companies. Mr. Horwitz has served in numerous executive consulting and portfolio leadership roles for technology companies at various stages of development and growth.
Previously, Mr. Horwitz served as CEO of Vettro (acquired by Antenna Software), and Chairman of the Board at Vericom Technologies steering the organization in a new strategic direction. He also served as President and CEO of several enterprise software companies including Clareos, RulesPower (Acquired by Fair Isaac) and Q-Link Technologies a pioneer in the Business Process Management market segment (Acquired by Adobe Systems).
Prior to Q-Link, he served as Vice President of Business Development at Tech Data Corporation and was part of the founding team at ENTEX Information Services. Mr. Horwitz earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at Hofstra University.
Blake Wolff is President and Chief Sales Officer of Astadia, where he is responsible for global sales and international expansion. Blake has over 20 years of sales and operations experience focused on directing and scaling companies in the high-tech, retail and customer support industries.
Prior to Astadia, Blake co-founded MW Advisors, a successful management consulting and technology solutions firm based in Dallas, Texas. From its beginnings in 2003, MW Advisors helped its clients improve sales productivity through the enablement of SaaS technologies and the deployment of enhanced sales and marketing strategy, process and operations.
Previously, Blake held positions as President and CEO of The Telvista Company, a multi-national call center outsourcer. He founded Telvista in 1997 and under his leadership, expanded the company from a one-site call center to six centers with over 4,000 employees across two countries. Blake also served on its Board of Directors.
Prior to entering the customer care industry, Blake spent ten years helping expand CompUSA from its original one store concept to over 200 stores nationwide. As an executive for CompUSA, Blake managed and coached thousands of employees across the country and was responsible for the opening of 38 stores.
Blake is a nationally recognized keynote speaker for the SaaS and CRM industries. He holds a MBA from Emory University and a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
Stephen Giese is Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Astadia. He holds responsibility for global operations including: Professional Services, Finance and Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, and risk management. Stephen has over 20 years of experience driving process improvements, implementing technology and personnel development to achieve operational excellence.
Before joining Astadia, Stephen held senior executive positions as; CEO of World Data Products; a hundred million dollar technology company, COO of Agiliti; an infrastructure company focused on delivering software as a service to ISV’s, and Senior Vice President of Operations of Tech Data, a $20 billion dollar global technology distributor.
Stephen earned a BBA from the University of Kentucky in Lexington. He also attended an executive education program at INSEAD University, a global school for business executives, in Fountainebleu Cedex, France.
Mike Lingo is Chief Technology Officer and SVP, Professional Services, for Astadia with responsibility for providing the public with SaaS technology expertise as well as leading the spectrum of sales engineering and global delivery activities . Previously, Mike was VP, Global Service Delivery for Astadia. Mike has over 17 years of application delivery experience with a background in application development, sales force automation, call center solutions, campaign management, business intelligence and project management.
Prior to Astadia, Mike held management positions at Epiphany, Lucent, Cendant and Wyndham. Mike has led software and consulting implementations in the CPG, Enterprise Software, Retail, Professional Services, High Tech, Travel/Leisure, Public Health, Financial Services and Insurance industries. Mike is a certified salesforce.com consultant and has previously helped define CRM product vision and roadmaps for Fortune 1000 companies.
Mike is an internationally recognized speaker in the Cloud Computing and Saas industries. He holds a BA in English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
Michael Roseman is Senior Vice President, Global Operations, with responsibility for Astadia's IT, Education Services, and Employee Performance teams. Previously Michael held a variety of positions at Astadia including SVP, Professional Services, VP of Finance and Strategy and VP of Astadia’s Technology Services (CRM) practice where he directly oversaw hundreds of successful salesforce.com engagements.
Before joining Astadia, Michael worked at Neiman Marcus where he led business units in excess of $60 million and managed high-profile projects involving cooperation between multiple divisions and business locations. During his ten-year career with Neiman Marcus, Michael was responsible for developing strategies designed to generate revenue, increase customer satisfaction, empower sales staff, improve operational efficiencies and achieve profit objectives.
Michael earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, a graduate certificate from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and an undergraduate degree from Emory University.
Suman Sharma is Senior Vice President, Services for the Asia-Pacific region (APAC). Suman is best known for her entrepreneurial spirit and ability to execute with precision. Her experience with managing service organizations, implementing on-demand solutions for large enterprises and building a successful startup allows her to bring broad experiences in business development, people strategy, and building overseas units.
Prior to Astadia, Suman was Co-Founder & Executive Vice President at Theikos, a global developer and implementer of business technology solutions, which merged with Astadia. Suman also worked at Sapient in the Engagement Management group. Suman has been profiled on 'Young Turks', CNBC Asia.
Suman holds a Masters in Computer Science from UMASS Dartmouth, a Bachelor's in Computer Science from The Institute of Technology & Science, Bhiwani, India, and a CSS in Administration and Management from Harvard Extension School.
Clark Hausmann, Vice President of U.S. Sales, is a seasoned sales and marketing expert. His experience encompasses Sales & Marketing Strategy, Sales Management, Demand Creation, Brand Creation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Marketing Automation, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), and Web Strategy. Clark brings with him 20 years of sales and marketing experience focused on increasing revenue and getting noticed in crowded, competitive marketplaces. He is skilled at selling through and leveraging indirect sales channels, creating and packaging intangible service offerings and deploying strategies that align sales and marketing departments.
Jason Masciarelli is General Manager, APAC where he drives the Astadia corporate vision to deliver extraordinary value for clients throughout the world. Jason is also responsible for a number of key strategic partner relationships. Since 1991, Jason has gained cross-functional management experience in sales & marketing, IT and operations, giving him a unique ability to understand both the vision of executive leaders and the practical orientation of technologists.Prior to Astadia, Jason was CEO of Theikos, a global developer and implementer of business technology solutions, which merged with Astadia. Previously, Jason led marketing and business development for Archer Development, a consulting and training firm and internationally recognized thought leader on Relationship Capital and business relationship management.
Jason has a genuine passion for helping clients become more profitable and efficient through the appropriate use of CRM, Business Process Automation, and Collaboration technologies. Jason holds a BA in marketing from Bryant College.
Vikas Arora is Vice President, Delivery for Astadia's Global Development Center. Vikas is responsible for project delivery, practice management, project management and delivery best practices and brings over 14 years of experience in project management and end-to-end project deliveries. Vikas brings with him the energy to lead and motivate project teams. He provides a strong balance between technology, project management and communication skills needed to execute and deliver projects smoothly.Vikas has worked in Europe and the U.S. for various well known clients. Prior to joining Astadia, Vikas was heading delivery for Theikos IT Solutions as its India Technical Director.
Previously, Vikas worked in the U.S. as a Microsoft and Java developer for SRG Systems. Vikas is also a Salesforce Certified Consultant with Force.com competency. Vikas holds a Masters in Computer Science from M.D. University, India.
David Woodhead is Vice President and General Manager for operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
David has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing and performance management. He has acted as a consultant to many global organisations on sales performance and CRM programs, and brings a creative approach to developing Astadia’s operations in the EMEA region.
Prior to joining Astadia in September 2007, David spent 4 years as CEO of a start-up software company. He has previously designed and implemented substantial sales transformation programs for, amongst others, a global supplier in the mobile telecommunications industry, a major IT and services organisation and a household brand in the automotive industry where his passion for helping clients enhance performance through effective people, process and technology enhancement was proven.
Perry Uhles is Vice President of Finance for Astadia. In his role, Perry oversees and directs all aspects of Astadia’s financial operations including, accounting, tax, M&A, FP&A, treasury, compliance, and risk management. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking and software industries where his finance, accounting and consulting experience ranges from medium-sized public companies to Fortune 500 companies.
Before joining Astadia, Perry was Vice President of Finance at Carreker (now Fiserv). In ten years there, he co-founded the Cash Logistics practice and developed what is now the global leading Cash & Logistics supply-chain software in the banking industry today. As Managing Principal over professional services, he led implementation projects at over thirty of the top 100 global financial institutions in the US, Europe, Australia and Asia and is a leading subject matter expert in global currency supply-chain.
Prior to Carreker, Perry spent ten years with Bank of America in various financial controller, divisional CFO, and change management leadership roles.
Perry began his career in public accounting, and is a licensed CPA. He holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
