Astadia and Halfords team up to raise awareness of the Cycle2work scheme at Cloudforce 2 London

The giveaway celebrates the launch of the new Halfords cycle2work scheme Web portals. Developed by Astadia and running entirely on the Force.com platform, www.cycle2work.info uses Salesforce CRM’s Web site and portal features to deliver one of the smoothest business process enablements of any cycle2work provider in the market.

Cycle2work is one of the first applications built entirely on Force.com, salesforce.com’s custom application development platform, to support a complete B2B and B2C business process. Force.com offered speed of deployment, and hosting for a complex application without needing internal IT infrastructure or resources. By comparison with an existing on-premise solution, Force.com offered by far the fastest and most cost effective approach.

The solution offers employers, employees, suppliers, and Halfords stores with a portal to manage the entire Cycle2work program from end to end. The Astadia solution also integrates Salesforce CRM data with complex transaction management capability.
