Phase 1 – Define Business Goals and Future Vision
During this phase, Astadia strategy consultants work with you to understand stakeholder priorities and concerns, then gain alignment on desired outcomes and success criteria. Through a series of interviews, executive meetings and discovery workshops, we help you clearly define the internal and external business pressures driving the changes. We will document restrictions and requirements that may impact execution, and ensure proper governance is in place. Phase 2 – Assess Current State
Once everyone is aligned on goals, our network and cloud architects, software engineers and operational technicians will partner with your team and begin assessing the current environment. Using a variety of proprietary automated tools and methodologies, our teams conduct static and dynamic analyses on application inventories, infrastructure capabilities, cloud readiness/maturity and other related systems and processes. We also scrutinize past performance metrics for people, processes and technologies to track the evolutionary trajectory of your systems in order to provide insights into emerging challenges and opportunities.
Phase 3 – Perform Gap Analysis and Roadmap
With the future vision set, the current state identified, and all results accurately recorded, our strategists, architects and engineers work together to reveal the gaps. We begin developing the roadmaps and blueprints, reference tool stacks and architectures, solution designs and other recommendations. When complete, we deliver a comprehensive report on our findings, as well as a detailed proposal outlining priorities, project plans and schedules.
